Description
Blink during 1989's "All Dogs go to Heaven" and you missed this remarkably bosomy Mardi Gras dancer. The Mardi Gras sequence seemed like an afterthought--for a Don Bluth film, it could have been a hell of a lot splashier. I think he ran out of time/money/imagination and let someone else handle the various elements while he focused on the dogs.
This dancer gets about six frames at the most while she bends and straightens and shimmies, shaking her unabashedly unsupported breasts and whips her multi-colored head-dress.
When the theatrical and TV trailers for ALL DOGS were shown, this dancer was in them--likely as an enticement for the older crowd who had to choose between this film and the much better toon "THE LITTLE MERMAID"
Guess who won.
