Hooray all you muscle girl fans, I actually did a complete muscle girl cartoon. I suppose it had to happen. Kayley isn't my favorite non-Diz toon girl, but that year, 1998, was filled and overfilled with Kayley pictures. This is the cleanest one I ever did.
