Disney_Return to OZ_Fairuza Balk as Dorothy WIP

  Hmm. Maybe I took on something TOO complex here.  Those braids are going to keep me busy for a few hours when I have nothing else to do--which is pretty rare.  

 NB: 3.17.2014   I went back and did a BIG redux on the hairline, making the upper contour more generous. The lumpy pigtails had to go bye bye and I threw in more of the collar and dress. Now I feel as if I can actually proceed with this. The older version may wind up in SCRAPS, come to think of it.  A space to one side is reserved for a joke addition I haven't nailed down yet. I'm trying to keep it clean...
